i just came back from JPJ Setapak. Not bcoz of HID or Tint... but my old summon. My car was blacklisted and unable to renew my license.
Was blocked and charged for exhaust mod back in 2006. went for inspection oredi back then but i didnt settle the summon haha. and guess what, after nego and appeal, I only need to pay RM80.00nett haha...my lucky day.
anyway, bcareful to those using darktint and hid above 6k. btw, hid 4.3k is confirmed legal, as what the officer told me lah. so, for those who wanna change, better change it before end of this month... thats wat the officer advise me also haha..

Ya,when u go puspakom, they will check ur car got illegal or not...if no,they will give u an approve letter then pass to JPJ so they won't kacau u. If got, they will tell u go take off ur illegal mod then go puspakom check again. So,if u couldn't make it,JPJ will kena u...i heard from my friend one...
